Biotin-11-dUTP

Biotin-11-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate

Biotin-11-dUTP is a biotinylated nucleotide analog form of deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP) in which a biotin molecule is attached via an 11‑carbon linker. It can incorporate biotin into DNA during enzymatic synthesis, and can be used for DNA labeling, DNA microarray probe preparation, in situ hybridization (ISH/FISH) detection and PCR labeling.
