Biotin-11-UTP

Biotin-11-uridine-5'-triphosphate

Biotin-11-UTP is a Biotin-labeled (biotinylated) uridine triphosphate (UTP), and the 11 stands for the number of atoms in the linker (aminohexyl chain) between biotin and UTP. The

Biotin-11-UTP can be substrate for T3/T7/SP6 RNA polymerases during in vitro transcription (IVT). This Biotinylated RNA can be captured, purified, immobilized or detected by using biotin–streptavidin interactions, and thus used for RNA pull‑down, RNA tracking and transcription labeling.
