5-Methoxy-UTP

5-Methoxyuridine-5'-Triphosphate

5-Methoxy-UTP is a modified nucleoside triphosphate in which the uracil base carries a methoxy group (-OCH₃) at the 5‑position and can be incorporated into RNA during in vitro transcription (IVT). This modification will provide higher transcription efficiency and protein production and reduce immune signaling of the mRNA.
