Biotin-16-UTP

Biotin-16-uridine-5'-triphosphate

Biotin-16-UTP is a Biotin-labeled (biotinylated) uridine triphosphate (UTP), and the 16 stands for the number of atoms in the linker (aminohexyl chain) between biotin and UTP.  The Biotin-16-UTP is a substrate for T3/T7/SP6 RNA polymerases during in vitro transcription (IVT). And used for RNA pull‑down, RNA tracking and transcription labeling.
